Jemboro — Terms of Use

Version 2026-10. By installing, activating or using Jemboro you agree to these terms.

1. What Jemboro does. Jemboro reads the title blocks of drawing sets and names, sorts and splits the sheets for you. It works from the text and images in your PDFs and can misread them.

2. You check the output. You are responsible for reviewing every sheet name, number, trade folder, register entry and file before relying on it for bids, pricing, ordering, construction or any other purpose. Jemboro highlights sheets it is unsure about, but a sheet not highlighted can still be wrong.

3. Provided "as is." Jemboro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller's total liability for any claim relating to Jemboro is limited to the amount you paid for it. The seller is not liable for lost bids, lost profits, lost data, delays, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

5. Payment and sales are final. Payments are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the merchant of record for the payment (your receipt says "Sold through Link" and your statement shows LINK.COM* JEMBORO); Link's buyer terms apply to the payment itself, and sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Your license to use Jemboro comes from us under these terms. Try the free version on your own drawings before buying. All sales are final once your license key is delivered. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have by law or through our payment provider, Link. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you asked for immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that your right to cancel ends when the key is delivered.

6. Your license. One purchase gives one named user a perpetual license to use Jemboro on their own computers. You may not share, resell or publish your key, or remove the license check. If a key is shared or published, we may switch it off; Jemboro then returns to the free version on every computer using that key. If your key was leaked without your fault, we will send you a new one free of charge.

7. Your files stay yours. Jemboro processes drawings on your computer. It does not upload them. It may check jemboro.com for a newer version; no drawing data is sent. If Jemboro crashes, it can send an error report only if you choose to. If you choose to email us a drawing set Jemboro misread, we use it only to find and fix the problem, never share it, and delete it once the fix is released (or within 12 months). 8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
